Who doesn’t love potatoes? Mashed, fried, baked or roasted, any way you have it, they taste great. Enjoy this amazing roasted sweet potatoes with masala recipe with family and friends.
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes (medium-sized) 3-4
Lemon 2
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala to taste
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F.
Pierce the sweet potatoes a few times to stop them from exploding in the oven.
Roast for about 30-45 minutes or until soft but not mushy when pierced with a knife.
Slit from the centre, sprinkle with salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.
Squeeze lemon juice and dig in!
Note: You can peel and dice the sweet potatoes as well.
