When summers strike back every year, everyone feels like having something light. And, in order to eat light and feel nice, vegetables always serve the purpose. This summer season, we really need to binge on several veggies that can be useful in the sweltering summers and keep us healthy at the same time. Try this amazing recipe for Cauliflower Tempura
Ingredients:
Flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all & mix with cold water just before frying
Honey lemon sauce
Chopped garlic fried in oil 2tbsp
Garlic & chilli sauce 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Cauliflower - 1 big, with stem
Method:
Dip the cauliflower into the tempura mix.
Deep fry the cauliflower.
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds.
