Ingredients:

Dried noodles 150gm

Peanuts butter 60gm

Cucumber (julienne) 100gm

Garlic paste 14gm

Sesame oil 5ml

Zhenjiang vinegar 20ml

Salt 3gm

Method:

In a wok, add peanut butter, sesame oil and dilute the peanut butter adding water slowly.

Then add salt and stir till smooth. Now take out the sauce in a bowl.

Boil the noodles till cooked, strain them and immediately put the noodles in cold water.

Strain the water and garnish with julienned cucumber.

Serve with peanut butter sauce, vinegar and garlic paste.
