NOTTINGHAM: Pakistan will announce its 12-member squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 match against West Indies today.

Pakistan will play West Indies at Trent Bridge, Nottingham in the second match of the World Cup at 2:30 pm (PST) on Friday.

Pakistan played England at this ground in the fourth ODI and scored 340/7, but lost by three wickets.

According to reports the 12-member squad will not feature Haris Sohail, Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Hasnain. Either Shoaib Malik or Asif Ali will be included in the playing XI.

Amir will be left out as he is not completely fit, with sources informing Geo News that the left-arm seamer has informed coach Mickey Arthur about his fitness issue due to which he wants more rest before gearing up for the next important matches
