HALLE: Pak-Indo tennis duo Aisam ul-Haq Qureshi and Rohan Bopanna won their first ATP doubles title of the season. The duo was triumphant against Dutch-Canadian pair of Robin Haase and Milos Raonic 7-6, 3-6, 11-9 in the final of the Gerry Weber Open in Halle, Germany.
It took the pair one hour and nineteen minutes to beat their opponents.
In Sunday's final, the Pak-Indo pair could not convert any of the four breakpoints, three in the opening set, and also dropped their serve in the second set but held their nerves in the Super Tie break to clinch the title.
