With over 151,000 tweets at the time this report was filed, #KashmirHour was trending at the number two spot globally.
People on Twitter used the hashtag to share pictures of peaceful protests across Pakistan being held to express solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Kashmir.
Pakistan observed ‘Kashmir Hour’ from noon to 12:30pm with the national anthems of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir played in a show of solidarity with oppressed Kashmiris.
