ISLAMABAD: President of PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said on Saturday that no commission was required to probe the Abbottabad incident, adding that it was not appropriate to involve the Judiciary in matters of intelligence and security, Geo News reported.
In a statement issue from Islamabad, Shujaat said that a probe into the inter services should be headed by Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and a report should be presented in Parliament and cabinet.
Chaudhry Shujaat accused Nawaz Sharif of trying to benefit from differences between the Army and American security officials. Nawaz wanted to bring the Army under pressure in order to gain favour with the Americans, he maintained.
