LAHORE: Singer Rabi Pirzada on Friday accused lawyers representing Punjab's Wildlife Protection and Parks Department of launching personal attacks against her in a court hearing.

Appearing before the court on Friday days after it issued arrest warrants for her for keeping wild animals as pets, Pirzada said: "It seems to me that they are launching personal attacks against me.

"They are not telling that they have found nothing [against me]," she told media outside the court, without elaborating on how she was personally attacked by the lawyers.
