ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said Monday good times lay ahead for Pakistanis as Prime Minister Imran Khan will soon tender his resignation.

Addressing the media in Islamabad, the PPP chairperson said the Azadi March had just begun and a lot many things lay in near future to happen. He noted that he saw members from every party in the Azadi March and the unification of various political parties sent a good message.

Bilawal said he had asked his party workers to welcome the March's participants when they enter the federal capital.

On the health of former president Asif Ali Zardari, he said his father was unwell and not getting adequate medical facilities. Zardari’s bail could happen on medical grounds but the former president is not keen on the matter, Bilawal said.

The PPP chairperson noted that for the treatment of his father, a doctor of their choice should be allowed to treat Zardari.
