Local police said that on a tip off a police party along with the bomb disposal squad spotted a place in Turbat bazaar and defused bomb weighing 7 kilograms in the crowded area of the market.
"Bomb could have caused great human loss if it had gone off," said the police officer adding search operation has been launched to trace out the suspects.
Police are investigating into the incident.
