Ehd-e-Wafa: Some hidden facts about drama you probably don’t know

Pakistani drama serial Ehd-e-Wafa has not only become talk of the town  but it has amassed fans from across the border as well.

Produced by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of Pakistan military, Ehd-e-Wafa features Ahad Raza Mir, Ahmed Ali Akbar, Wahaj Ali and Osman Khalid Butt in key roles.

The drama serial tells the story of four young men as they receive training to join the Pakistan Army.

Below are some facts probably viewers do not know about Ehd-e-Wafa.

Fact 1:

Drama serial Ehd-e-Wafa was among the top 10 google searches for the year 2019 in Pakistan. 

Fact 2:

Ahad Raza Mir’s dog Zoro actually belongs to Military Spokesman Major General Asif Ghafoor.

Fact 3:

Ehd-e-Wafa is the debut drama for Alizeh Shah, who is a famous TikTok star. She has more than one million followers.

Fact 4:

Abdullah Kirmani, who is playing the role of Ahad Raza Mir’s father, was also part of hit Pakistani drama of 1998 Alpha Bravo Charlie (ABC). He played  Captain Faraz in ABC.

Fact 5:

Osama Khalid Butt, who is portraying as Shahzain Allahyar in Ehd-e-Wafa, began his entertainment career as YouTube vlogger.

Fact 6:

Ehd-e-Wafa’s shooting was conducted at Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) during the holiday season of the cadets.
