Ayesha Omar says she faced harassment in her career

Acclaimed Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar has opened up about the revolutionary #MeToo movement and termed it as a brave and an extremely important campaign.

In an interview with Ahsan Khan, Ayesha Omar said it’s so tough to talk about it for the people who have been through it, adding that so many women and men in the showbiz have faced it but now they have started talking about it.

“I have been through harassment in my career and my life. I understand how it feels,” Ayesha revealed.

She went on to say “I don’t have courage to talk about it yet, may be someday I will but I totally relate to everybody who has been through it.”

“There is no time to come out with it,” she asserted.
