The prime minister said that the MQM's appeal to all the political and religious parties for peace in the metropolis was commendable.
In his conversation with the prime minister, Altaf said that he would make all-out efforts in restoration of peace in Karachi and those who wanted to sabotage peace efforts in the city must be dealt with accordingly.
