HYDERABAD: Monsoon showers lashed Hyderabad from early Wednesday morning as the light rain continued till late in the afternoon.
According to Met office, 5.2 millimeter rain was recorded by 3 pm with the highest temperature of 26 degree Celsius.
Meanwhile, Hyderabad Electric Supply Company carried out load shedding in several localities of Hyderabad with electric transformers and supply lines developing faults.
HESCO spokesman Sadiq Kubar told that 32 feeders connected with 7 grid stations in the city had been shut due to rain. He further informed that 18 grid stations in different districts of Sindh under HESCO jurisdiction were also not working. (APP)
