According to police, two robbers stormed into Bukhari Traders' shop on Vehari road and made hostage the people present there at gun point.
The outlaws looted cash Rs 90,000 from the shop and fled away.
The traders staged protest and block the road against the incident.
Mumtazabad police are investigating.
