PM orders strict action against criminals

ISLAMABAD: Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad held a one on one meeting with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani after which the prime minister ordered strict action against criminals behind the violence in Karachi, Geo News reported.

According to a government statement, during the meeting the PM also telephoned Sindh Chief Minister, Qaim Ali Shah and directed him to call a high-level administration meeting.

PM Gilani said that criminals in Karachi should be caught and brought to justice. The statement also said that MQM leader Dr. Farooq Sattar also telephoned the premier.
