HESCO starts disconnection of defaulters

HYDERABAD: The management of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) has started discontinuation of electric connection to those consumers who failed to deposit their bills.

The HESCO spokesman on Saturday advised the defaulters to deposittheir electricity bills and remaining outstanding dues in order to avert any inconvenience during Ramzan and Eid-ul-Fitr.

The HESCO management has constituted special teams andauthorized them to disconnect the electric connection or initiate action under Land Revenue Act against the defaulters.
