KARACHI: The Karachi police summoned the former member of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Zulfiqar Mirza for interrogation but he refused to appear before the police, alleging that the SSP and DSP will get him killed.
In a statement, the former Sindh home minister declined to abide by the police orders, alleging that the SSP and DSP wanted to have him assassinated by inviting him to a specific neighbourhood.
“If they want to get my statement, they should come to my house. I am not their servant,” the firebrand politician said.
