Foolproof security arrangements for 4 centers of medical colleges' entry tests
RAWALPINDI: District Coordination Officer (DCO) Rawalpindi Saqib Zafar said on Thursday that foolproof security arrangements would be made for four centers established here for medical colleges entry tests to be held on Sept 13.

Chairing a meeting held here in this regard the DCO said that all facilities would be available at the centers of medical colleges' entry tests while the car parking arrangements would be made at a distance from the centers. The security arrangements would also be made for the car parking, he added.

The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Talat Mahmood Gondal, Secretary RTA Asad Raza Kazmi, Assistant Commissioner (City) Saif Anwar Jappa, Professor Hamyoun Iqbal of Government College Satellite Town, Principal Government College for Women Satellite Town, SAO Aqeel Ahmed Khan, and Principals of Siddique Public School and Ideal Cambridge School.

The meeting was informed that Govt. Post Graduate College for Women, 6th Road, Govt. College for Boys, Satellite Town, Siddique Public School, 6th Road and Ideal Cambridge School, 6th Road have been made centers for the medical colleges' entry tests for Rawalpindi city.

It was decided that there will be no class in all the schools particularly of 6th road and the centers on Sept 13 so that the candidates could appear in the entry test with complete peace of mind and without any disturbance.

There will be an information counter in every center to facilitate the students while waiting rooms will also be arranged on this occasion.

Special counters will also be set up to collect mobile phones and hand bags of the candidates and tokens will be issued.

Special traffic arrangements would also be made to facilitate the people, the DCO added.
