Qureshi and Bopanna faced Mariusz Frystenberg and Marcin Matkowski of Poland in the semi-final and lost 6-2 and 6-7.
The duo had beaten the English pair of Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins 7-5, 2-5, 7-5 in the quarter-final match earlier.
