Rangers continue search operation in Karachi

KARACHI: Rangers completed search operation in Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 2 area of Karachi while operation is still underway in Malir Alfalah and different areas of Shah Faisal Colony, Geo News reported Saturday. No arrest was made during the operation.

According to sources, Rangers conducted search operation in a five-star complex in Gulsha-e-Iqbal block 2 where additional force was deployed along the road. During the search, no arrest was made and the operation was concluded.

On the other hand, search was initiated in different areas of Malir Alfalah including Shamsi society, Salman Farsi society, Kehkashan society, Millat Town, Albadar society and Hansabad. Entry and exit points of the area were sealed and the search is still underway.

Rangers claimed that they have recovered ammunition from Shah Faisal Colony during the search operation.
