ISLAMABAD: After the decision to close fountains, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to close swimming pools for one month, Geo News reported Wednesday.
The move comes as a precautionary measure against the rapid spread of the dengue virus. A request has also been made to Islamabad district administration to take action and close pools located in hotels.
30 teams have also been formed to fumigate areas of the capital.
