LAHORE: A team of the Child Protection & Welfare Bureau (CP&WB) on Monday visited a teenage boy who was shot after resisting a rape attempt here in Muzaffargarh.

The CP&WB team visited the 14-year-old boy at Nishtar Hospital Multan where he was under treatment after being shifted from Bait Mir Hazar Khan Jatoi — the place where the traumatic incident took place.

The officials also met the boy's family, including his mother and brother.

CP&WB Chairperson Sarah Ahmad said her team assured the child and his family of all possible cooperation.
