QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has taken suo motto notice of the atrocious killing of 26 pilgrims in Mastung, Geo News reported Thursday.
The case will be heard on September 26 and notices in this context have been issued to Commissioner Kalat Division, DC Mastung and DG Levies.
Twenty six pilgrims were picked from a bus and gunned down by unknown men using sophisticated weapons on September 20 in Mastung. The pilgrims were on their way to Taftan.
The outlawed Laskhar-e-Jhangvi claimed responsibility of the attack.
