KARACHI: Lahore Eagles were restricted by Abbottabad Falcons to 150 runs for four wickets in the allotted 20 overs in the last match on second day of the Faysal Bank National Twenty20 Cup here at the National Stadium on Monday.
Winning the toss, captain Taufiq Umar decided to bat first but Lahore Eagles could not make any big score despite losing only four wickets despite a fine opening stand of 87 runs in ten overs from Imran Farhat and Taufiq Umar himself.
Imran made 43 runs from 31 balls with four boundaries and a six while Taufiq scored 35 off 36 balls with three fours.
Hamza Paracha was unbeaten on 28 while Azhar Ali hit 21 with a six.
For Abbottabad Falcons, Wajid Ali claimed two wickets while Junaid Khan and Khalid Usman took a wicket each.
