Passing out parade held at PRC Mardan
PESHAWAR: Passing out parade of PRC-59 course was held on Sunday at Punjab Regiment Centre (PRC) Mardan with renewed pledge to give every sacrifice for defending the country.
Centre Commandant Brigadier Muhammad Latif was the chief guest on the occasion, reviewed the parade and distributed medals amongst recruits for their performance during the training.
Chief guest, while addressing the parade said to recruits that this day is of great significance for their military life and today is just the beginning of their career, which is full of thrill and challenges that requires utmost devotion and dedication.
The training has equipped you, which are required in carrying forward the traditions of selfless services and loyalty to national cause that is the hallmark of Pakistan Army.
Brigadier Muhammad Latif said that he was confident that newly passed out recruits will live up to the expectations of their great heroes and continue to strive for bringing more laurels to the service.
Earlier, he reviewed the smartly turned out parade and awarded medals. The Champion trophy was given to Tufail Company while recruit Javed Iftikhar was declared as best recruit of the course and was awarded gold medal.
A large number of senior serving and retired armed forces officers, parents and relatives of recruits witnessed the spectacular parade.
