According to police, Muhammad Murtaza (26), son of Sarfraz of Chak No.275-JB was returning home from the vegetable market when a speeding oil tanker hit him near Chak No 70-JB.
Murtaza received severe injuries and died on the spot.
In another incident, a speeding car hit a youth while he was crossing the Khurarianwala Road.
He was shifted to Allied Hospital where he died.
The deceased was identified as Mehtab s/o Noor Muhammad of Mianwali. Police was investigating.
