ISLAMABAD: The commission formed to probe the Abbottabad operation met here on Monday. The meeting was chaired by Former Supreme Court Judge Justice Javed Iqbal.
The meeting was attended by the Mr. Abbas Khan, I.G (R), Mr. Ashraf Jehangir Qazi, and Lt. Gen(R) Nadeem Ahmed.
The Commission interviewed the interrogation team of the Premier Security Agency.
The Interrogation Team gave a detailed briefing and explained their perspective of the US Operation in Abbottabad.
The briefing included background information and post operation investigation findings. The operation was conducted by US authorities unilaterally without keeping Pakistan on board.
The Commission will conduct further interviews of officers of the Premier Security Agency on 4-6 October.
