Five-year old girl raped in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: A five-year-old minor girl was raped in the jurisdiction of RA Bazaar Police Station, Rawalpindi, on late Sunday.

The family members of the affected girl told media that the victim went out to play on Sunday evening but went missing and was recovered from a nearby place in critical condition after two hours.

The victim was rushed to District Headquarter Hospital (DHQ) Rawalpindi..

The hospital administration has also confirmed the incident, saying reports of the affected girl were positive. The administration said it will take five to six day to recover the health of the affected girl.

The police have registered case against unidentified accused and started investigation into the case.
