Student Council investiture ceremony

RAWALPINDI: Installation Student Council 2011-12 ceremony was held at Federal Government Postgraduate College for Women, Kashmir Road here on Thursday.

Dr.Samina Amin Qadir, Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) graced the occasion as a chief guest.

The Chief guest took oath from the newly elected council members and
presidents of various societies and distributed badges among them.

The newly elected members who include President Syeda Namoos Kazmi, Vice President, Afffifa Yousuf, General Secretray (Morning) Faiza Atif, General Secretary (Evening) Hunia Aftab,Joint Secretary (Morning) Syeda Maham Zara and Joint Secretary (Evening) Rukhsar Ijaz.

Addressing the students Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Women University called them "the leaders of tomorrow" she hoped that the newly elected council would show their commitment for the betterment of the institution. (APP)
