MUZZAFARABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari Monday dissolved the organisational set up in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
According to Geo News correspondent, the action from the party co-chairman was taken in the wake of flawed performance of the party in the scenic valley and PPP’s defeat in Mirpur elections.
Asif Zardari has, for the time being, appointed former speaker AJK legislative assembly, Anwarul Haq as caretaker of the party there.
It has been learnt that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari is going to undertake the re-organisation of the party in Azad Kashmir.
