KARACHI: A petition has been filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC) alleging that teachers in the Karachi University’s School Of Law are teaching without a PhD degree.

The petitioner has contended that a PhD is required to teach students seeking a PhD degree.

It also alleged that instructors in the social sciences department are also teaching students without any degree.

After hearing initial arguments, the court has summoned the vice-chancellor on the next hearing.
