Bangkok roads stand flooded
BANGKOK: Thailand government has issued orders for the compulsory evacuation of residents from several districts of the capital city here, threatened by the creeping flood waters overflowing the river banks.

The flood water has swamped the known historical tourism places and the ancient abode of the Thailand kings—Grand Palace. Persistent rise in the flooding water level has inundated several parts of the city by now.

Thousands of people have been forced to leave their hearth and homes for a safe refuge from the country’s history worst flood. Food and other essential products’ supply stand badly hit by the worsening flood situation, while the citizens in panic resorting to hoardings have unleashed shortages of daily-use items.
