LAHORE: President Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) on Saturday said criticism and politics go hand in hand and it must be tolerated, Geo News reported.
"The kind of language used by the Punjab Chief Minister during a rally was inappropriate," she observed while talking to media men on the occasion of SCBA elections.
In regard to the SCBA polls, Asma Jehangir said 'the exertion of influence by judges of superior courts on the elections is condemnable'. Judges should keep their integrity intact and desist from interfering in the elections, she added.
