UAF organizes goat beauty competitions

FAISALABAD: Goat Beauty Competitions was held at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad here on Saturday evening.

Announcing competition results, Prof Dr. Muhammad Sajjad Khan told that among Beetal (Makhi-Cheeni) she-goats, the goat of Muhammad Ali got first position while goats of Syed Muhammad Ali Shah and Raj Maseih stood second and third, respectively.

In Tachi goats competitions, she-goats of Muhammad Anwar Asif, Huzoor Bakhsh and Ghulam Husian Awan got first, second and third positions while goats of Haq Nawaz, Abdul Aziz, Zafar Saeed and Muhammad Abbas stood first, second, third and fourth position, respectively among the beauty competition of Beetal (Faisalabadi) goats.

Similarly, she-goat of Abdur Razzaq bagged first position while goats of Malik Muhammad Younus and Muhammad Wazeer were adjudged second and third in the beauty competition of Barbri class whereas she-goats of Asghar Husain and Nasir Husin stood first and second in the competition of Beetal (Naqrai)species, respectively, Dr Sajjad added.
