Four POs, 13 outlaws arrested, weapons seized

PESHAWAR: Capital City police on Friday claimed to have arrested four proclaimed offenders, 13 outlaws and recovered lethal weapons and narcotics during a crackdown in various areas of the district.

On the directives of Superintendent of Police for Rural, Abdul Kalam Khan, police conducted raids in Badhber, Mattani, Urmar, Chamkani, Daudzai and Nasir Bagh areas and arrested 13 outlaws and four proclaimed offenders wanted to police in various cases of murder, attempt to murder, robberies and other crimes of serious nature.

Police also recovered one Kalashnikov, two guns, five pistols and 310 cartridges of different bore besides seizing three kg Hashish from their possession.
