A man was taken into custody by security officials at Makkah's Masjid Al Harmam on Friday.
According to Haramain Sharifain, the man, clothed in an ihraam, tried to approach the pulpit of Sheikh Baleelah as he delivered the Friday sermon.
According to Arab News, the man was brandishing a stick as he charged at the khateeb.
