According to the sources, a problem was encountered with a tanker during refilling, then there was a spark, followed by a huge explosion which blew up both the vehicles.
Residential areas were evacuated after the explosions.
According to the initial report, rescue teams reached the site soon after the incident and extinguished the fire.
