LAHORE: The Pakistan Pharmacists Association Punjab staged a protest demonstration for demands.
A number of pharmacists and doctors participated in the protest outside the Lahore Press Club on Saturday.
They were carrying banners and placards inscribed with their demands.
Addressing on the occasion, they said that pharmacists had provided services in dengue, flood and other difficult conditions.
They demanded Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to regularize 6,000 doctors, pharmacists and other officers of the health department who were working in different hospitals on ad hoc basis. (APP)
