Raja Riaz terms Punjab govt as non-serious
LAHORE: Calling chief minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif a Moghul emperor, Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz Wednesday termed Punjab government as non-serious having no interest whatsoever in the affairs of the province, Geo News reported.

With newsmen gathered around him outside Punjab Assembly, Pakistan Peoples Party’s senior leader lashed out at the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz saying allying with them was a big mistake and they wanted to make amends for it with any thing.

He said we apologize to the people of Punjab for being a part of the provincial setup.

Vowing to raise voice against another amendment in the draft of local bodies law, Riaz appealed to other provinces to hold local government elections.

To a question he said that murderers of Shaheed Benazier Bhutto have been apprehended already.
