According to sources, the resignation was accepted by National Assembly Speaker and a notification to this effect issued by NA Secretariat.
It is pertinent to mention here that only Chuahdry Nisar Ali Khan of Pakistan Muslim League-N has tendered resignation as PAC Chairman while other members of PML-N would continue to render their services for the committee.
