Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) public meeting will be held at the Sports Ground.
Top leadership of the party is present in Multan, while workers of the MQM have started arriving at the venue from 13 districts of South Punjab.
Strict security measures have been adopted by the administration while MQM workers will also perform security duty.
