Wedding festivities of Minal Khan and Ahsan Mohsin Ikram have officially begun!

The lovebirds, who announced their engagement earlier this year, are tying the knot this week around friends and family, and what better way to kick-off the wedding shenanigans than a fun-filled desi dholak?

Turning to his Instagram on Tuesday evening, Ahsan shared the event preparations underway at his home.

Later, the groom also added photos from the dance floor on his Instagram Story, giving fans a look into the exuberant canopy and a well-set stage for the bride and groom.

Blushing bride Minal as well, turned to her Instagram to document the event. The 22-year-old shared photos from the food corner and fairy-light entrance.

In another highlight posted on her Instagram, Minal shared a photo of herself with beau Ahsan as they couple twirled to the music.

In a viral video, both Ahsan and Minal were also spotted swirling hand in hand.

Ahsan shared the dholki invite with fans this last week.
