Five die of suffocation in Quetta

QUETTA: A couple died due to suffocation in Hazara town Quetta here on Sunday, Geo News reported.

A total of five people have died due to suffocation today in the provincial capital and its surrounding area.

Earlier on Sunday morning, three children died of suffocation in native town of Quetta.

The ill-fated children were sleeping with their gas heater on. The gas filled in their room and they died due to suffocation.

The police shifted the bodies of 8-year-old Zulqaida, Hikmatullah, 10 and Shakira Bibi, 13 to civil hospital and handed over them to the heirs after legal formalities.
