So far 30 patients have died of it.
25,000 patients have taken the medicine distributed by the PIC, while 30 % of them have returned them.
The principal of the Allama Iqbal Medical College Dr. Javed Akram during a news conference said 105 patients were brought to hospital after they used those drugs.
The 50 who are in critical condition maybe at further risk if their health does not improve.
Dr. Akram said that those still taking the PIC medicine should stop doing so immediately.
