Protest against FESCO privatization

FAISALABAD: The employees of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) have staged a demonstration here on Monday by protesting against the privatization of FESCO and appointment of non-technical Chief Executive in the power distribution company.

The FESCO employees locked out the offices and took rallies from various subdivisions of the company.

These rallies emerged at FESCO Headquarter Abdullah Pur Canal Road where the protestors staged a sit-in and chanted slogans against the privatization of the company and appointment of non-technical Chief Executive. (APP)
