National Junior ranking tennis tournament 2012 to start from Feb 1

RAWALPINDI: A five-day national junior ranking tennis tournament 2012 will start from February 1 under the auspices of Punjab Tennis Association (PTA) in Shalimar Club Rawalpindi.

This was stated by Senior Vice President of PTA Syed Rizwan Hussain Mashhadi.

He said that players from all over the country would participate in the tournament while the position holders would be awarded with prizes and encouraged to prepare themselves for international tournaments.

Rizwan further said the interested players; clubs and tennis associations should submit their applications in writing to the administration of Shalimar Club Rawalpindi.

He advised the players to submit their entries till January 31 positively. (APP)
