KARACHI: Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Hussain Wasan has directed staff of complaint center, established at his office, to take all out steps to readdress public complaints and make the whole procedure totally impartial in this regard so that the complainants could be provided justice immediately.
He was reviewing performance report of the complaint center for the month of January 2012. The minister further directed to ensure providing of legal help to poor and deserved complainants.
The report told that in all 264 complaints were registered by the citizens during last month, included 165 written and 61 telephonic complaints.
Meanwhile, Consultant on Home Affairs Sindh, Sharafuddin Memon also presented a separate report to the home minister suggesting that for providing of immediate and easy justice to the people of interior Sindh Karachi like complaint centers should be established one each in Hyderabad and Sukkur.
Memon advised the public to contact on toll free number of the complaint center 111-786-466 or 021-99207744-48 for instant registration of their complaints.
