According to the reports, fire erupted in an electronics shop at the ground floor of Hamza Centre due to short circuit, gutting equipments worth millions of rupees in the shop.
Rescue teams and nine fire brigades reached the spot immediately and the blaze was tamed after an hour.
Shop owner Shaikh Younus told that the damage caused due to fire worth Rs 5 million at least.
