HYDERABAD: The management of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company Monday announced the repair and maintenance of power installations at different grid stations resulting to electricity suspension from six to seven hours in different parts of Hyderabad, Thatta, Jamshoro and Tharparkar districts on February 22 and 23, 2012.
According to HESCO spokesman, the power supply will be suspended from 9 am to 4 pm on February 22, 2012 at 132 KV Ghangra Mori and 132 KV Phuleli Grid Stations.
As a result of necessary repair and maintenance work at these grid stations, the areas f HDA Water Supply, Ansari Muhalla, Lined Channel, Cattle Colony, Effendi Town, Faqir-jo-Pir and Tando Agha will be affected from 9 am to 4 pm.
The HESCO management will carry out necessary repair and maintenance work at 132 KV Jhampir Grid Station resulting to power suspension from 9 am to 4 pm in the areas of Thatta Cement Factory.
On the same day, the power supply remain suspended from 9 am to 4 pm in all 11 KV Feeders, which connected with 132 KV Gulshan-e-Shahbaz Grid Station.
The power supply will be suspended at 66 KV Diplo Grid sTation connected with MTH-0 66 KV Mithi Grid Station where necessary repair and maintenance work will be carried out from 8 am to 2 pm.
On the same day, power supply will also be suspended from 9 am to 12 noon in all 11 KV Feeders MVA 20/26 T-2 Power Transformer of 132 KB Latifabad Grid Station. (APP)
